I am a proud Gubbi Gubbi man who had the privilege of growing up surrounded by mob and community from an early age. My journey in community work began as a young boy, walking alongside my grandmother as she supported our people through addiction and recovery. At the time, I didn’t realise it, but those early experiences shaped my understanding of vulnerability, healing, and the power of showing up for others.
I formally began my career in the community services sector in 2019 and have since dedicated myself to walking with and for community. I started in the Alcohol and Other Drugs space, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma informed care and client centred frameworks. This naturally led me into Family Services, where I discovered my passion for working with vulnerable families, children, and communities navigating complex systems.
Since 2023, I’ve stepped into leadership roles, overseeing culturally responsive programs across Domestic and Family Violence, suicide prevention, youth development, and early intervention. I bring a holistic and culturally grounded approach to everything I do, shaped by both professional knowledge and lived experience.
I currently hold a Certificate IV in Mental Health and am completing a Diploma of Counselling to continue deepening my therapeutic and healing practice.

I am passionate about creating culturally safe, strengths-based services that empower individuals and families. I hold a Certificate IV in Mental Health and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Services, both of which underpin my holistic and informed approach to community leadership.
